Compact package unit concept results in low capital expenditure, minimal installation time and reduced running costs as individual units are only operated when required.
Incorporating integral high efficiency centrifugal fan unit with attenuation, filter media with cleaning mechanism and scaled dust disposal bin system.
Fully assembled and scaled construction w ith drive motors pre-wired to convenient external terminal box.
Allows flexibility in plant layout and separation of collected materials. Easy, to move to Suit changing production requirements.
High primary collection efficiency in excess of 99.9% over a wide range of particle sizes, allowing recirculation of cleaned air on non toxic dust with resultant heat loss and energy, savings.
Available in eight body sizes of 8, 15, 25, 31, 40, 50, 75, and 100m2 of Media with 7 fan options as illustrated, allowing the optimum combination to be selected for a particular application.
Included as standard on all fan versions.

Unit dust collector fitted with a high efficiency direct driven fan unit, multi pad filter element with semi automatic cleaning mechanism, all mounted on a hopper section with quick release dust bin. A single rectangular dirty air inlet is provided in the hopper.

Of the same general construction as the CU unit. The FBV is an adaption for use with purpose made hoppers, or where silo mounting or fan assisted venting is required. The open base is complete with pre-drilled mounting flange.

This unit is an NW fitted with hopper assembly as the CU unit, used where, due to space limitations it cannot be directly mounted for venting applications. It can also be used where a remotely sited fan is required.

As CU unit but with valley hopper to suit specialist dust discharge requirements.
This unit is based on the CU filter chamber and shaking mechanism but without hopper assembly or fan chamber. It is used when venting dust laden air flows from enclosed spaces, e.g. storage bins, silos, etc, where air movement is produced from an external source.

Manufactured from mild steel plate, stiffened to give a robust construction, with full width hinged access doors to fan and element chambers. All surfaces treated with etch primer and external surfaces in durable gloss finish.
High efficiency backward curved direct driven centrifugal type, discharging into integral acoustic chamber.
Types CU, M and CUVH have an automatic shake on shut down electronic control panel, incorporating D.O.L contactors for fan and filter cleaning motors, timers for fan run down and cleaning periods, sequence wiring, and push buttons for fan start and shake/reset.
Types NBV and NBVH have D.O.L contactor with single spring loaded push button.
Electric motor driven filter pad shaking mechanism, comprising of a shaker bar with pad locating lingers, imparting a high frequency vibration to the elements via an eccentric link mechanism.
Selected to suit specific applications.
Woven fabrics are available in natural and synthetic materials, e.g. cotton, polypropylene, polyester and nylon. Higher efficiency felted fabrics are also available in wide range of synthetic materials, polyester (terylene) being the most common. For difficult applications antistatic fabrics, microporous membrane materials and special surface treatments are available.
Single piece, multi-pad element, each pad being supported by re-usable wire mesh inserts to retain its form under air flow conditions. One piece construction facilitates easy filter element change and positive sealing.
The E-Mat collectors can be fitted with a secondary air silencer to reduce noise levels.
Many dusts are classified by Health and Safety authorities as explosion hazards and in such instances Eurofilter Asia Pacific dust collectors can be fitted with explosion relief panels.
All units can be provided with weather protection features.
Back up filters can be used on applications where it is desirable to return the exhaust air back into the working environment. These act as a safety feature ensuring that dust particles do not enter the working area in the event of failure of the primary filter. A pressure loss gauge is fitted to indicate failure of the primary filter. Absolute (HEPA) filters are used in applications involving toxic dusts where exhaust air is to be returned back into the working environment. These filters are often necessary in order to meet legislative requirements regarding Occupational Health and Safety Standards. A pressure loss gauge is fitted as standard.
When handling toxic dusts the bin may be fitted with a plastic bin liner winch can be sealed before removal from the container. To prevent the bag being drawn into the unit a bin balance pipe can be provided.
